MORE than three-quarters of the teenagers here are compromising their health and performance in school by not getting enough sleep.
A study of students in six schools last year found that four in five of them were not getting the recommended eight to nine hours of sleep on school nights; half of those in the study were getting only five to six hours.
Dr Lim Li Ling, director of Singapore General Hospital's Sleep Disorder Unit, said: 'When children don't get enough sleep, the consequences are significant. It affects their learning and growth.'
hehe, you pple out there that dont sleep. SLEEP MORE> SLEEPING IS GOOD. i wonder thou. is there such thing as sleeping too much? i think on ave i usually sleep.....at least more than 9 hrs every night......except today. which is why im sleepy. but usually i do. haha.
sighs. im really hungry actually. but i realised the burger king i passed on my way to work jus closed for renovation!!! eeeeeps. hows. now have to walk one big round to like all the food places. im hungry. i feel like eatin the muji maggi mee ( which yes i know very unhealthy) . but i think muji's not open yet. boooo.
anyway....i cant stop thinking about hk! cant wait to go! hope there is fun things to do there n its not so cold. haha.........are the stuff in hk really cheap? :D

get well soon my love! hahahha i like his take pity on me face. heheheh........anyway. i realised i forgot to take his leg! oooooops. it was so gross. the nurse came to change his bandage, then me being VERY SCARED OF BLOOD went to sit in one corner and wait....and i read my book. then she left and he called me back and i was like. oh your done. then he said come see. and on the pillow (where his leg was resting on) was all blood!!!!!!!!! eeps i freaked and went to hide again. gross la. all the blooddddddd. yuck. i even had to clean dried blood off his leg too. cuz he couldnt reach it. grosssssss. but this is what i have to sacrifice. SIGH. haha. josh walk soon then we can go out again!! :D heehees. anyway. have to go back to work. SIGH. cant wait for 5 to come! i want holiday. i demand holiday. i dream of a month of holidayyyyy. ahhhhhh.

i finally realised its prob because i always yawn and my lower jaw goes to the left. instead of jus going down. dont do that pple! its really bad. thats why it always hurts.....ugh
bad habits sometimes ahhh.......need to change it sometimes man. now i always try and remind myself when i yawn to yawn straight down. hehhhhhhhhh..
bleh. stupid jaw.
btw. did u know that gstar jeans give off a weird smell? even josh says they do. i wonder why. its weird. smells like some chemical...haha pay so much for jeans that smell weird! not nice. :P

poor josh is at home right now resting. while im at work. eeps. i wish i could be with him! time pass fast! i also have this urge to play the sims (yes i started again!) which is on his desktop. heehee.
anyway, visted josh at the hosp last tues and weds. he was quite grumpy on tues. ah well. pictures!

i was hungry....he wasnt....so i ate his food! not bad for hospital. the soup was quite nice. its like carrot soup. hahaha. and the potatoes were quite yummy. after i started eating i think it made him hungry...............ehehehe.

the most annoying thing is i have so many things to do but i cant cuz im stuck in this office! ahh need to buy decor stuff, plan the party, finalise catering, games everything.....................................
i want to jus go home n sleep.....i mean i love christmas n new years n all but now i realised that i have to work the whole time i get sad....it finally hit me that i have to work on christmas eve, n new years eve... n i only have the weekends to look forward to. can i jus quit my job n go work part time??? please????????????????

sadness. also had a super long n abit scary dream that we had to talk to my grandma which passed away, she was like hanging around my uncles house then we had to ask her what she wanted n it was strange....really weird..so when i woke up this morning i felt spooked n tired! that dream made me feel like i din sleep at all..
God please take away any stress that im feeling!
oh oops. jus realised im supposed to do worship today. ahhh better go prepare!

i cant wear my jeans anymore! haha well. can but its really uncomfortable. ah well.
today had power failure in the office. well. could solve it quite easily except we couldnt find the DB. -_-
anyways...................had cell retreat. quite fun! haha room was super small thou. oh well. took alot of nonsense pics. :D good bonding time i guess. our whole cell tog again after all the missing o's n busy pple. :D
Life's been...great. haha. alot of sleeping. i really dunno why i sleep so much. overslept again today. had some really weird dream about confusing toilets. like i enter the cubicle. then when i come out again its like....i was in a guys toilet. n it was jus a maze of toilet cubicles. strange. :D
hehehe i might be goin hongkong next year! cant wait. was researching on what there is to do there. haha. shoppin i guess!
oh i found my lit book the other day. decided to try n read it n see if i still can understand shakespear. haha. n i realised there were so many notes inside! felt so proud of myself. like i wrote so many notes. haha. i can kind of still rem how to read it. yay. i showeed josh the book n ask him if he understood it. but he couldnt. HAHAH. he totally interpreted the passage wrongly. ah well. shakespear is weird. n very long winded. :D
anyways...guess i'll go! hungry. ugh.

well partly cuz i have no time to go online anymore! facebooking has been minimal for me. haha.............ah well. i came to work early today so now i have time! no more site! YESSSS. :D
was craving mac breakfast today so i decided to go the long way n take mrt to work! walking thru citylink really made me want to shop. hmm. i miss shopping. i think the last thing i bought was.........i dont rem. birthday presents. haha.
n i think im goin more vain! after watching who'll age worst (or soemting like that) i resolve to try n put moisturiser with spf on my face everyday before i go out! haha so far its working! but ive a feeling after a while i'll get bored n stop doing it. but for now. its working! n i rem to put pinple cream everynight. hahaha so vain. oops.... but man that show is quite funny. i wanna go for it! (except not be on world tv) its like they monitor ur lifestyle, then they'll photoshop a pic of u and ur fren and compare who will age yuckier, HAHAHA/. i wanna see how i age!
anyway. today is friday! yes! :D gonna go airport after cell. heehee. i brought my slr to go take black n white photos! i jus hope i wont be too sleepy n become lazy... hmm. ahwell. church is moving soon.. how exciting. :D cant wait to see our youth lounge. heeheehee.
i bought the paint already! hopefully can paint tom. if i dont ahve to go to work. haha.
question. if i paint with rollers, do i need to buy those containers to like. roll roll roll before i paint the wall? hmmm.
