MORE than three-quarters of the teenagers here are compromising their health and performance in school by not getting enough sleep.
A study of students in six schools last year found that four in five of them were not getting the recommended eight to nine hours of sleep on school nights; half of those in the study were getting only five to six hours.
Dr Lim Li Ling, director of Singapore General Hospital's Sleep Disorder Unit, said: 'When children don't get enough sleep, the consequences are significant. It affects their learning and growth.'


hehe, you pple out there that dont sleep. SLEEP MORE> SLEEPING IS GOOD. i wonder thou. is there such thing as sleeping too much? i think on ave i usually sleep.....at least more than 9 hrs every night......except today. which is why im sleepy. but usually i do. haha.

sighs. im really hungry actually. but i realised the burger king i passed on my way to work jus closed for renovation!!! eeeeeps. hows. now have to walk one big round to like all the food places. im hungry. i feel like eatin the muji maggi mee ( which yes i know very unhealthy) . but i think muji's not open yet. boooo.


anyway....i cant stop thinking about hk! cant wait to go! hope there is fun things to do there n its not so cold. haha.........are the stuff in hk really cheap? :D
